While the accommodation is spacious and offers a sauna, the interior design of the rooms feels a bit dated. The cold buffet options during breakfast often lacked warmth, and the limited choices in the evening meal were underwhelming at best. It was frustrating to see the same disheartened offerings recycled, and despite the chef's talents, some meals didn’t hit the mark, leaving little desire to dine in-house. Cleaning services were inconsistent during our stay, and in-room comfort was hindered by a heating system that couldn’t be controlled. the odd placement of the hotel on the outskirts combined with peak times causing delays made for an odd experience. For individuals with mobility issues, this might not be the most accessible option, as transportation to excursions consistently left from other hotels.

This was just a well-suited match for an overnight stay in Levi with very good value for money. The room was spacious with a cozy sauna, which made for a nice relaxation after a long day out. Make sure to ask about the drying cupboard for your ski gear—it’s really handy!

Spent 2 nights and absolutely loved the location! Right next to the slopes and city center. We got to see the Northern Lights. The room was super spacious with its own sauna, which was such a treat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just wished the bar had a bit more atmosphere, felt a bit empty in the evenings.

During our stay, we enjoyed spacious rooms with their own sauna, making it perfect for relaxation after a day outdoors. The breakfast was exceptional, offering plenty of vegan options that kept us energized. the included snowshoes and skis were a great touch, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Spent 3 nights in a decent standard room with a helpful drying cupboard and relaxing sauna. It had a glassed-in balcony facing the road but no noise from traffic, which was great. The room's furniture felt a bit dated, needing a refresh. Had issues with the Chromecast but used our balcony as a fridge due to the cold weather. Breakfast included a variety of hot and cold options, and they even had a toaster. We enjoyed feeding the hotel’s reindeer, a fun experience at EUR7 for food. Had a minor hiccup with housekeeping being a bit early one morning. It’s a short walk to restaurants around Levi, making it convenient. a good, well-priced stay.
